Subject	Air flow Question

Message	I have no throttle response after 3000 RPM in my 1990 300zx twin turbo, but my car acts like it wants to go. It's being restricted, and diagnostics check said it was the air flow meter, and i replaced it and it does the same thing. What should i do next?
